Freca Mining site manager Mr. Takaindisa Simbarasha talks to Kansanshi Mining Plc officials during construction of fifty-five hydro form houses. This was on one of the regular inspection of the projects by Kansanshi Mining Plc.

 Freca Mining and Manufacturing Limited is one of the five contractors that have been contracted by Kansanshi Mining Plc to construct over 3000 homes at the Kabitaka Ridge Housing Development. Freca will construct 100 houses in the first phase that will see 380 homes completed in 12 months’ time. This phase will cost $ 4 Million
In the second phase Freca will then construct 600 houses at a cost of   $ 24 Million.

These houses will be sold to Kansanshi Mining Plc and FQMO Mining employees on 15 year mortgages.
It takes 15 working days to construct a two-bed roomed house.

Below is the rear view of a two-bed roomed house that was built by freca as a demonstration house for the Kabitaka Ridge Housing Development.
